With the use of this technology grooves, keyways on blind and through holes can be performed.
It is a manual device and therefore does not require any automatic handling; for this reason it is mainly used for repairs, maintenance or where there is a need to execute single pieces and small series.
The system is easy to use and allows accurate and precise machining thanks to a system of stems and guide bushes.

From key mm. 3 to key mm. 8 the shank is integrated, so if you want to change the diameter of the guide bush, you will have to take a new shank.
From keyway mm. 10 to keyway mm. 14 the guide bush is interchangeable.
The manual Polikey can be mounted on parallel lathes and drills.
